Step 1: Connect Your Wallet
Our platform supports a variety of crypto wallets for authentication:- Visit our homepage
- Click the “Connect Wallet” button in the top right corner
- Choose your preferred wallet provider:
- MetaMask
- Rainbow Wallet
- Coinbase Wallet
- Ledger Wallet
- Rabby Wallet
- WalletConnect (for other compatible wallets)
- Follow your wallet’s instructions to complete the connection
Step 2: Sign the Authentication Message
After connecting your wallet, you’ll need to verify ownership:- A signature request will appear in your wallet
- The message will look like:
Login to ChallengeMarket at [timestamp] - Review the message to ensure it’s from our platform
- Sign the message to authenticate (this doesn’t cost any gas fees)
Note: Signing this message proves you own the wallet without giving our platform any control over your funds.
Step 3: Manage Your Profile
Once authenticated, you can customize your profile:- Click on your profile icon in the navigation bar
- Select “Edit Profile” from the dropdown menu
- In the preferences modal, you can update:
- Display Name: Choose how you’ll be known on the platform
- Avatar URL: Add a profile picture by providing an image URL
- Email: Add your email for notifications (optional)
- Click “Save Changes” to update your profile

After Signing Up
Once you’ve created your account, you’ll have access to all platform features including:- Creating and participating in challenges
- Submitting entries to open challenges
- Voting for your favorite entries
- Connecting with other users through commenting
